Our contribution

Since its creation, WattElse intends to be a positive and constructive example in terms of energy transition, choosing to adopt good practices both in terms of the internal functioning of the company and the processing of our files. Project manager and developer, WattElse is playing its part in the energy transition through several projects carried out with its own funds:

Building in Wierde

In 2022, WattElse has chosen the energy renovation of its own exemplary offices in terms of energy efficiency, renewable production and comfort.

Wind projects et storage at Gouvy

WattElse is developing a multi-technology project of 60MW wind power, 25 MW photovoltaic and 10MWh of electrochemical storage in Gouvy in partnership with a group of forest owners and managers.

Wind projects and storage at Dion

WattElse is developing a multi-technology project of 25MW wind power and 5MWh of electrochemical storage in Beauraing with a view to providing balancing services to the Elia network via the primary or secondary reserve.

Wind projects and storage at Chimay

WattElse is developing a multi-technology project of 14MW wind power and 5MWh of electrochemical storage in Chimay in partnership with the AIESH intercommunal company.

Fleet of electric vehicles and terminals

WattElse has a fleet of 10 full electric vehicles and one hybrid vehicle, 5 charging stations and 6 home electrical terminals.

Research & development

WattElse remains active in R&D through electrochemical and hydrogen storage projects.
