WattElse has just submitted its permit application for the renovation and fitting out of its future offices located in Wierde (close to Namur).
This already unifying project within our team of experts will be a real showcase of good practices in terms of renewable production, energy efficiency and electric mobility. Above all, it will provide a comfortable and flexible working environment to allow WattElse to continue its development.
An exemplary building from an energy point of view
The project consists of renovating an old municipal building located in an area of architectural interest and abandoned for many years, ensuring that it is exemplary both in terms of energy and in terms of comfort and flexibility of use.
Our engineers and architects are already working on it. In particular, we are planning full insulation of the building (walls, floors and roof), the installation of photovoltaic panels, high-performance frames, terminals for our electric vehicles and a heat pump.

Located in direct proximity to the center of the Walloon capital, the motorway and rail axes as well as the regional administrations, our future offices will be ideally located and will offer our team of multidisciplinary experts a fulfilling working environment conducive to exchanges, efficiency and creativity that they can be proud of.
The next steps
The permit application file having been submitted a few weeks ago and the public inquiry having closed at the beginning of May, we hope to obtain all the authorizations for the start of the summer holidays in order to start the work after the building holidays. A move is planned for 2023. We are already talking about it in the press !
